No-show policy
No-shows apply to all guests who have a reservation who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival and who do not cancel according to the cancellation policy. No-shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes, per room.
Modification policy
If you need to change your date of arrival, please contact us by no later than 24 hours prior to the booked date of arrival. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. If you need to change the date of departure, please advise us by no later than 24 hours prior to the booked date of departure.
